Job Title: Transition Manager - Bali

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Head of Operations

Location: Bali

Job Summary

The Transition Manager is responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and supervising all construction activities at the project site to ensure they are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, schedules, budgets, quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3), and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities in accordance with the work plan and project schedule.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
  • Supervise the performance of foremen, subcontractors, and site workforce.
  • Control the use of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficiency and budget compliance.
  • Ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular coordination with the Project Manager, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (physical progress, quality, and site issues).
  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues encountered on site.
  • Oversee finishing works and ensure project readiness for handover.
  • Maintain orderliness, safety, and cleanliness of the project area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Site Manager / Pre-Opening Team Manager or in a similar role within construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management, construction methods, and technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and construction regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret working drawings and cost estimates (RAB).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and highly target-oriented.
  • Willing to work with high mobility.
