Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Head of HR

Location: Singapore

What you’ll be doing:

• Acts as a liaison between Singapore Business Unit and HR Team
• Working closely with HR Operations team to ensure smooth HR Processes
• Responsible for end-to-end HR Process for the Singapore Business Unit
• Responsible for managing stakeholder (Head of Departments) and assist them in regards to HR strategy and discussion
• Assist in implementing any local/regional HR Initiatives

What makes you a great fit:

• 1-3 years of experience in HRBP/generalist role
• Bachelor degree in Psychology and/or related field is preferred
• Understanding of MoM Regulations is highly preferred
• Experience in property management/hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to maintain communication with stakeholders
• Ability to act as consultant to the assigned BU
