Job Title: Growth Associate

Job-Type: 6 months contract with potential for permanent employment upon review

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Bali

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build Cove's agent and referral network across Bali for monthly and daily room rentals.
  • Sign local partnerships near each Cove property that turn into real Cove tenant perks (discounts, free trials, member rates).
  • Run quarterly community events such as tenant meetup or partner-led activities like yoga and wellness. Use what you hear from tenants to feed back into product, partnerships, and ops.
  • Be the face of Cove in Bali. Agents will know you. Partners will trust you. Tenants will recognize you.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or hospitality/property roles, ideally in Bali.
  • Experience in working with agents or B2B partners and creating deals.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational in English (a lot of tenants are expats).
  • Equally comfortable in a partner meeting and a tenant padel night.
  • Positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
