Job Title: Senior Account Associate

Job-Type: 1 year contract with potential for permanent employment

Reports To: Sr. Account Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify patterns and insights through data analysis and qualitative observations
  • Develop operational assessments and provide strategic recommendations to partners
  • Conduct regular training sessions for partners’ teams to ensure effective implementation of SOPs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account review materials for clients
  • Identify account growth opportunities and support partners in resolving operational issues when needed
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably has experience working in real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup
  • Proficient in data analysis; strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a must
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to write product documentation and understand user pain points
  • Able to communicate in basic English, both verbally and in writing
  • Assertive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve
