Job Title: Workforce Specialist (Housekeeping Supervisor)
Job Type: Contract
Reports To: Workforce Manager
What you’ll be doing:
- Centralize and manage administrative tasks including field-staff attendance logs, outsourced vendor invoices, shift-roster scheduling, and database accuracy for all cluster ground staff (FO/Housekeeping, and Security)
- Perform routine, mobile physical inspections across active properties to audit room setup quality, compliance with the Consolidated SOP, and cleanliness scores.
- Oversee the ground schedule, and performance of specialized operations, and workforce programs.
- Assist the Workforce Manager in conducting briefings, rolling out upskilling programs, and supervising on-site work discipline to maintain high service delivery
- Document ground operations data, track field audit findings on digitized reporting tools (Jotform), and log vendor SLA discrepancies for weekly evaluation.
What makes you a great fit:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or equivalent business-related fields
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Public Area Supervisor in a conventional 3/4-star hotel or premium service apartment environment.
- Strong administrative capabilities with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel for shift planning, rosters, and basic expense logging)
- High mobility is a must; possessing a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and a valid driver's license (SIM C) to travel regularly across regional properties.
- Excellent technical knowledge of hospitality cleaning standards, chemical usages, room turnover procedures, and deep-cleaning techniques (hydro-vacuum operations are a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and maintain discipline among ground crews
- Comfortable working with digital applications and operational dashboard systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Jotform, or operational task-ticketing apps).
