We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to champion our initiatives in the Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) sector. As a founding member of our team, you'll be instrumental in steering our commercial insurance sales strategy, with a sharp focus on asset and liability insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Experience in handling liability verticals in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of liability insurance policies, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
- Familiarity with legal contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to liability exposures.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate complex liability risks.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our diverse product portfolio and effectively articulate their unique value propositions to potential clients.
- Deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and relevance of our offerings to individual client needs.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals, ensuring seamless handover to the account management team upon successful closure.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more experience in the liability vertical.
- Ability to build and scale teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated
