As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer at Creem, you'll apply your engineering expertise to build robust, scalable systems that blend technical innovation with exceptional marketing and sales processes.
This pivotal role combines technical implementation with market-facing initiatives—you'll architect our GTM workflows, implement cohesive automation across our customer touchpoints, and create the technical components that make our financial infrastructure both accessible and compelling to new users.
As GTM Engineer, you'll own the entire customer acquisition and onboarding domain, taking responsibility for shaping systems that address critical business growth challenges. You'll prioritize and deliver high-impact automation solutions that create maximum value for our marketing and sales efforts, consistently making decisions that solve the biggest customer acquisition problems first. Your creative mindset will drive you to develop innovative approaches to market positioning, community engagement, and product storytelling. You'll develop with a relentless focus on creating functionality that drives meaningful customer conversions and retention.
In this foundational position, you'll have extraordinary latitude to innovate, leveraging your technical skills alongside your communication abilities. We envision you building and orchestrating not just technical systems but also vibrant communities—from automated onboarding workflows to active user forums, educational content, and social media presence—allowing you to amplify Creem's market reach while focusing on the highest-value strategic work.
While you'll handle traditional GTM responsibilities like campaign management and conversion optimization, your engineering mindset will transform these areas through creative automation. Customer empathy and community building will be central to your process—you'll act as our customer champion, building relationships, fostering engagement, and translating market feedback into product improvements. This role carries founder-level responsibility and influence, as your vision and execution will establish Creem's market presence and community foundation for years to come.
