Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to be the coordinator and trainer for the field sales person (canvasser). You will be responsible for directly managing the canvasser's onboarding, training, and allocation process to achieve sales targets through excellent execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales strategy: Gather market insights, sales analytics and evaluate effectiveness of each initiatives
  • Performance review: Analyze canvasser performance, communicate targets, review progress, execute actions, and report achievements.
  • Skill Enhancement: Assess gaps, provide training input, deliver coaching, and monitor training execution.
  • Productivity optimization: Identify requirements, monitor productivity, execute improvements, and ensure effective utilization.
  • Territory Understanding: Gather data, analyze insights, and lead territory management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years as coordinator for field sales representative (canvasser) in FMCG or Retail business
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Strong in selling skill and territorial management.
  • Good interpersonal skill and independent
  • Good coordination skill in managing field sales representatives (canvasser)
  • Capability for problem solving and strong can do spirit.
  • Excellence in execution skill and mind-set
