Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Align product goals with Dash's mission and business objectives.
- Develop Roadmaps: Create and maintain a roadmap that prioritizes user needs and market opportunities.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Focus on Customer Needs: Gather user insights and feedback to inform product improvements.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with business, technology, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze Data: Use metrics to measure success and identify growth opportunities.
- Innovate: Explore new opportunities for expanding Dash’s offerings, from logistics solutions to quick commerce.
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics, EV, or tech-driven businesses.
- Skills: Proficient in product management frameworks, data analysis, and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Strong ability to convey ideas across technical and non-technical teams.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with product development tools; bonus for experience with JIRA or Figma.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
