As a Business Development Associate, you’ll support our efforts to build partnerships and expand our client base, working closely with senior team members to drive the growth of Indonesia’s leading EV logistics enabler. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries to expand Dash Electric’s reach and understanding industry trends.
- Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and support sales strategies.
- Support the Business Development team in creating tailored logistics solutions for clients, working across hub-and-spoke and point-to-point models.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company goals, maximizing value for both Dash and our clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in managing partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Engineering) to ensure alignment on client needs and seamless delivery of solutions.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within logistics, technology, or similar industries. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, growing team in the logistics and EV industry.
