Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Engineering) to create tailored logistics solutions that address client needs, focusing on hub-and-spoke and point-to-point models.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company goals, maximizing value for both Dash and our clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnerships, enhance client satisfaction, and generate additional revenue streams.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within the logistics or digital on-demand industries.
- Skills: Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs to drive strategic growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Mindset: Driven, strategic, and passionate about growing a business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
