Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate on-demand operational requests from internal teams and clients.
• Understand how to mass-hire freelance drivers
• Coordinate manpower, drivers, couriers, freelancers, and field teams based on daily operational needs.
• Monitor operational execution and ensure requests are completed within the required timeline.
• Communicate with partners, workers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly in the field.
• Track operational data, attendance, fulfillment, and daily performance.
• Support the team in improving operational processes and SOPs.
• Take ownership of urgent or ad-hoc operational tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in On-Demand Business (Go-Jek, Grab, Etc) is a Big Plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with fast-changing priorities and urgent requests.
• Problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to work independently and make quick operational decisions.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel and operational tools.
• Willing to work in the field when required.
• Experience managing drivers, couriers, freelancers, or blue-collar workers is a plus.
