We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive borrower acquisition and loan growth. This role is critical: you will be on the frontlines, directly impacting disbursements, portfolio quality, and how we scale access to credit.

🎯 The Role: Sales Executive

You will own the full sales cycle, from sourcing MSME borrowers to closing and disbursement. You’ll work closely with Ops, Credit, and Collections to ensure not just volume, but quality lending.

🛠️ What You’ll Own

● Source and acquire new MSME borrowers through fieldwork, referrals, and outbound efforts

● Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → onboarding → disbursement

● Educate clients on Datung’s loan products and process

● Ensure complete and high-quality applications for faster approvals

● Coordinate with underwriting to push deals through efficiently

● Build relationships to drive renewals and repeat borrowing

● Consistently hit weekly and monthly targets

👀 You Might Be a Fit If You…

● Have 3 years of experience in sales (fintech, lending, or financial services preferred)

● Are comfortable with field sales and talking to small business owners daily

● Are highly target-driven and motivated by commissions

● Can handle rejection and keep pushing

● Communicate clearly in English + Filipino

● Take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do

● Are based in Metro Manila and open to on-ground work

Bonus points (not required):

● Experience in lending, MSME lending or microfinance

● Existing network of small business owners

● Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
