Job Requirements :
1. Develop Broker Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local brokers to exchange business opportunities and generate consistent leads for interior design projects.
Regularly meet with brokers to discuss market trends and explore collaborative opportunities.
Ensure brokers are well-informed about DevX services and offerings.
2. Cold Outreach and Client Acquisition:
Target specific buyer personas, craft personalized outreach messages, and schedule follow-up meetings.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through effective communication and presentation skills.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Use CRM software to manage leads and document all interactions with potential clients and partners.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, leads, and deal progress.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the commercial interior design sector.
Analyze market data to identify new business prospects and growth opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.
Required Skills :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of business development or sales experience in the real estate industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and builders.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset.
