Design Manager (Experience - 8-10 Years)

Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.

Develop and present design concepts, proposals, and mood boards to clients and stakeholders.

Oversee the creation of detailed design plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings.

Ensure the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes align with the design vision and budget.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Coordinate with project team, purchase team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure quality control.

Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technology to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.

Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.

Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, project management, and exceptional services.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Design Manager or in a similar senior design role, preferably in corporate or commercial projects.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Excellent visual and spatial design skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
