As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving DevX’s digital advertising strategy across multiple platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance our brand presence, optimize ad performance, and generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI. Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Native Ad tools (Taboola, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Keyword and Competitor Research: Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research to inform campaign strategies and ensure competitiveness in the digital landscape.
  • Budget & Bid Strategy: Develop and manage budget and bid strategies to maximize ad spend efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Audience Building: Create and refine target audiences for campaigns, leveraging data and insights to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
  • Ad Copy and Creatives: Procure and oversee the creation of compelling ad copies and creatives to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Integration and Setup: Ensure seamless integration of GTM, conversion tracking, and other necessary tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Remarketing and Automation: Implement remarketing strategies and utilize bidding automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and reach.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Google Ads, including campaign planning, optimizations, keyword research, competitor research, budget & bid strategy.
  • Experience with GTM, Zapier and other integrations tools, conversion setup, and generating detailed reports.
  • Expertise in remarketing, display audience building, GA4, and bidding automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM Freshworks, search & demand generation strategies.
  • Skilled in Meta Ads with a focus on Facebook Ads tool navigation, audience building, campaign planning, multi-asset ads, video ads, ad copy procurement, and remarketing audience creation.
  • Competence in LinkedIn Ads, including audience creation, budget planning, multi-asset ads, ad copy procurement, and creatives procurement.
  • Experience in fraud click protection is a plus.
