The Role

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from DigiProc, working directly with clients to drive adoption and build lasting relationships that lead to renewals and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process
  • Help clients execute successful supplier negotiations to achieve price savings, improved payment terms, implementation of Code of Conduct policies etc.
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure customers realize tangible value from DigiProc
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Work closely with our Sales team on renewal strategies and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our platform and services
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within DigiProc

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Customer Success Manager experience at a SaaS company (this is essential) or Sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience working with CRM systems - HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with B2B customers
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in procurement, supplier management, or negotiations is a plus
