About Dodo Payments

Dodo Payments is a global Merchant of Record platform that helps builders and startups sell to customers in 220+ countries. We handle tax, VAT, GST, chargebacks, compliance, and local payment methods so founders can focus on their product. We move fast, ship often, and put out a lot of content and we're looking for the face that carries it.

About the Role

We're hiring a confident, energetic, camera-friendly presenter to front our short-form video content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll be the on-camera voice of the Dodo Payments brand explaining products, reacting to AI and startup trends, and turning founder ideas into videos people actually finish watching.

This is a hands-on intern role with real ownership from day one. Do well over three months and it converts to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear on camera to create engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content for social and digital platforms.
• Present products, features, educational topics, and brand messages clearly and with personality.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop ideas, hooks, and scripts.
• Research trending topics across AI, tech, fintech, and startups, and pitch video concepts.
• Memorize or improvise scripts while keeping delivery natural and authentic.
• Take part in shoots, campaigns, live sessions, and interviews as needed.
• Work closely with editors and videographers through production.
• Maintain a professional, confident, brand-aligned on-camera presence.
• Stay current with social trends and adapt your delivery to new formats.
• Help review content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–2 years in content creation, anchoring, hosting, acting, influencing, or presenting (internships and personal channels count).
• Excellent verbal communication in English; regional languages a plus.
• Comfortable and natural speaking to a camera.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a real feel for social media.

Preferred Skills

• Experience making Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video.
• Basic scriptwriting ability.
• Familiarity with video production workflows.
• Basic understanding of social platforms and analytics.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new formats.
