Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Dune Security. Based in our new Soho office in NYC, you will initially report directly to the CEO. Your primary mission is to use our advanced AI-based system for lead generation, crafting messaging strategies, and creating high-intent Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in a high-growth tech environment, especially in SaaS sales, and who have aspirations to rapidly advance into higher leadership roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Utilize our AI-based system to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create high-intent SQLs, laying the groundwork for successful sales.

Sales Support and Development:

  • Initially function as a key player in the sales process, with a clear path to evolve into a player-coach role.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine sales tactics and strategies.

Growth and Leadership Potential:

  • Demonstrate potential and ambition to grow into the role of Head of Business Development.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS sales, particularly in cybersecurity, is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in using AI-based tools for lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambition to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibilities.
