Role Overview:

Dune Security is seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of key features and capabilities within our AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with our R&D, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and help secure the digital future.

What You’ll Do:

1. Product Ownership

• Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business impact. Ensure clarity and alignment with the development team to drive seamless execution.
• Feature Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end process of feature development, from ideation and scoping to release. Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope, ensuring that product features meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Drive continuous improvement based on data, user feedback, and market trends.

2. Product Operations

• User Research: Conduct comprehensive user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences. Develop user personas and map user journeys to guide feature development and product improvements.
• Data Analysis & Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, feature usage, and conversion rates. Leverage data insights to make informed, evidence-based product decisions.
• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize feature performance and validate hypotheses. Use test results to guide product enhancements and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into product usage, performance trends, and areas for improvement. Communicate findings to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engineering & R&D Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to translate product vision into technical requirements, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product features with market needs, develop compelling product narratives, and devise effective go-to-market strategies.
• Customer Success & Support: Partner with customer success and support teams to gather insights into customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests, incorporating this feedback into the product roadmap.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Technical Background: Prior experience in roles such as Backend Developer or DevOps engineer, with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or Kubernetes.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with experience in defining KPIs, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for Innovation: A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for building impactful products that address real-world challenges.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Experience or interest in cybersecurity is a plus, though not mandatory.
