Customer Success & Ongoing Value
- Act as the primary technical partner for customers post-sale, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and measurable risk reduction.
- Proactively monitor usage, success metrics, and risk scores to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap influence.
Customer Advocacy & Partnership
- Build long-term trust with security leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Represent the “voice of the customer” internally, ensuring their needs are met across the organization.
- Participate in strategic account planning, renewal discussions, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
