Compensation: Base + Commission — Competitive OTE

Travel: 50%+ (regional field sales)

Our platform is deployed inside some of the most complex project environments in North America, serving finance and treasury leaders at mid-to-large general contractor firms. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia with a growing North American presence in Denver, CO, Earlytrade is scaling its sales organization to meet accelerating market demand.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a net-new role — an opportunity to be among the first sellers to plant a flag in your region for a category-defining fintech platform. You will own the full sales cycle across a defined territory, building pipeline and closing deals with general contractor firms generating $250M or more in annual revenue. You will sell directly to CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior treasury leadership — executives who are actively rethinking how they manage cash flow across multi-project portfolios.

There is no inherited book of business. You will build from the ground up, supported by SDR coverage, marketing pipeline, and a sales leadership team that understands how to win. If you thrive in greenfield territory, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, and want to sell a product that creates measurable, quantifiable value for your buyers — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and manage a defined regional territory (one of: SW, Texas, SE, Great Lakes, or New England), with full accountability for pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Prospect and self-source accounts — general contractors with $250M+ in annual revenue — using outbound motion, industry events, channel partners, and executive networking.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and other senior finance leadership as primary buyers.
  • Develop and execute account plans using the MEDDIC framework, maintaining rigorous qualification discipline through every stage of the pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-grounded business cases that connect Earlytrade's platform to the financial priorities and operational realities of your accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources — solutions engineering, finance, implementation — to structure and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce; leverage Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo for prospecting and execution rigor.
  • Represent Earlytrade at regional and national construction and finance industry events; build a presence as a trusted voice in the market.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Revenue and peer Directors to share market intelligence, refine go-to-market positioning, and contribute to the development of regional playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven ability to sell to C-suite finance leadership (CFO, CIO, CTO, Controller, VP Finance) as the primary economic buyer.
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC or an equivalent sales methodology — you use it as a discipline, not a checkbox.
  • Strong financial acumen: able to build and present credible ROI models, navigate procurement processes, and negotiate commercial terms at the executive level.
  • Experience managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles in regulated or operationally complex buyer environments.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in a greenfield territory without an existing pipeline.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo, or equivalent sales stack.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ within your assigned region for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience selling into the construction, infrastructure, or real estate verticals.
  • Familiarity with construction finance workflows: subcontractor payments, bonding, lien waivers, job cost accounting, or working capital management.
  • Experience selling ERP-adjacent, AP automation, or payments platforms into finance teams.
