Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Health Operations Associate for a temporary position to support our heart health testing events in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a tangible impact in healthcare, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and showing genuine empathy towards others. You will play a crucial role in facilitating our health testing events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down testing event sites.
• Conduct in-home testing for cardiovascular and metabolic health biomarkers, following strict protocols for accuracy and safety.
• Provide clear instructions and support to clients during the testing process.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our health coaches, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Manage and track inventory of testing supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and client experience.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to full or half-day shifts as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a working vehicle.
