We’re building the electricity supplier bringing next-level energy management to homeowners. Our fully automated, data-driven solution forecasts your home and EV’s energy needs, constantly tracking electricity prices and grid conditions. It connects your charger to the market, optimizing charging in real-time to maximise your savings and unlock earning opportunities - all without you lifting a finger.

We already have a large, passionate early adopter community proving the strength of our product and mission. Now we’re ready to scale. We are looking for a Growth Lead who can turn that early momentum into mass-market adoption, building the channels, loops, and playbooks that take us to the next level.

The Role

As Growth Lead, you will drive our customer acquisition engine, scaling early traction into a repeatable system.

What you will do

  • Build and scale efficient, repeatable acquisition channels.
  • Run rapid, rigorous experiments to test everything from channels to creative and build playbooks for what works.
  • Lead paid acquisition across platforms
  • Build compounding growth loops - create and optimise referral programs, viral mechanics, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product to improve activation and retention through landing pages and in-app features.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience scaling early B2C products in low-interest categories like energy or financial products.
  • Proof of showing traction from scratch with minimal resources.
  • Playbook of experiments that unlocked scalable, defensible growth beyond paid advertising.
  • True data-driven operator, fluent in analytics and able to run all experiments with statistical rigor.
  • Native-level Danish and English.
