We’re live with 22 leading agencies managing 420 brands on a closed waitlist, with 1,300+ more waiting for access. Backed by a $6.6M Lightspeed-led round, we’re hiring a Growth Lead to build a repeatable inbound engine and turn attention into activation.

Role Mission 🎯

Own qualified inbound end-to-end and build a predictable growth engine.

You’ll turn attention into a strong waitlist, convert that into booked meetings, and drive real activation. This role is hands-on now and becomes the blueprint for how growth runs as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build a repeatable inbound engine using content, launches, webinars, and creator and platform partnerships (Google, Meta, Open AI, Anthropic).
  • Own the full funnel from first touch to waitlist to meeting booked.
  • Design and run a waitlist strategy that consistently converts.
  • Drive activation with education content and a community loop that keeps users engaged.
  • Build content engine - create and ship content that drives qualified inbound.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to generate qualified inbound demand with clear examples.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging instincts that turn attention into action.
  • Practical operator: can run multiple workstreams, ship fast, and iterate from real signal.
  • Experience running webinars/events and managing external partners (creators/influencers).
  • Comfortable owning conversion and activation, not only top-of-funnel.
  • High agency and strong taste: you create structure where none exists and keep quality high.
