Epiminds is building the next generation of marketing systems.

We’re live with 22 leading agencies managing 420 brands on a closed waitlist, with 1,300+ more waiting for access. Backed by a $6.6M Lightspeed-led round, we’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead to scale traction and help build the GTM org through 2026.

Role Mission 🎯

Own go-to-market end-to-end and lay the foundation for the full GTM team.

You’ll close early deals yourself, define what “exceptional” looks like, and turn that into a repeatable motion we can scale with the right hires over the next 12-18 months. This role is hands-on now and leadership-oriented as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Run full-cycle sales (outbound → close → learn).
  • Test ICPs, messaging, channels, and pricing until it reliably converts.
  • Turn what works into a repeatable GTM motion.
  • Build the playbooks and standards for the first GTM hires.
  • Help hire and shape the GTM team as we scale into 2026.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to close early-stage deals quickly and consistently.
  • Marketing fluency: you understand how marketing teams buy, operate, and measure success.
  • Comfortable working closely with partners, product, and engineering to shape what gets built.
  • Experience building social distribution (especially LinkedIn) to support pipeline and credibility.
  • Natural leadership ability, with the ambition and potential to hire and scale a GTM team over time.
