📍 Pay: $18-$24 per hour + commission structure

🕒 Work Schedule: 4x10 – Four days of work, 10 hours per day (3 days off every week!)

We’re looking for a self-motivated Sales Specialist who understands vehicle service contracts and is looking to better their compensation by closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support with Expertise: Help customers understand their warranty coverage, break down complex auto repair concepts, and answer questions about vehicle components (like engines, brakes, or transmissions).
  • Engage Proactively: Follow up on quotes and inquiries, providing helpful information to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
  • Educate and Simplify: Use your warranty knowledge to explain why Fair’s coverage is the clear choice, empowering customers to make confident decisions.
  • Problem-Solve: Address customer concerns with creativity and care—Fair is built on doing the right thing for drivers.
  • Collaborate: Share feedback with the team to improve processes, ensuring Fair continues to deliver exceptional support as we grow.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced and Excited: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who has sold vehicle service contracts before.
  • Passionate About Customer Service: You know how warranties work and can confidently talk about the purchasing and claims process.
  • Sales-focused: You’re great at building trust with customers and making complex topics easy to understand.
  • Proactive and Organized: You take initiative, stay on top of follow-ups, and keep conversations flowing smoothly.
  • Fast Learner: You’re adaptable and eager to learn new tools like Intercom, CRMs, and other startup software.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your contributions matter.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience in the auto warranty industry, the auto insurance industry, car sales, repair shops, or other automotive-related roles.
  • You can explain the difference between parts like a timing belt and a serpentine belt—or why a customer should care.
