This is a high-impact role focused on turning raw data into clear business intelligence. You’ll work directly with leadership, analyzing performance trends, building reports, and helping guide strategic decisions across operations, actuarial, partnerships, and customer experience. It’s a chance to shape the future of a fast-growing company by making data work for the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Dig into our databases using SQL and Excel to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
  • Build reports and dashboards that make complex data simple, clear, and actionable.
  • Develop KPIs and spot trends to help us understand how we’re growing and where we can improve.
  • Partner with leadership to answer big business questions with data.
  • Support teams across operations, actuarial, partnerships, and customer experience with ad-hoc analysis and automations
  • Ensure our data is clean, reliable, and ready to power decision-making at scale.
What We’re Looking For

  • Excel is second nature to you (pivot tables, lookups, maybe even a macro or two).
  • You have a knack for turning messy data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communicator, you can explain what the numbers actually mean to people who don’t live in spreadsheets.
  • Curious and detail-oriented, but also able to step back and see the bigger picture.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in insurance, auto, or fintech, but curiosity and drive matter more than industry background.
  • We’re generally looking for candidates with 3–7 years of relevant experience. However, we’re open to strong applicants with less experience if you can demonstrate the skills and results we’re looking for
