Fair is on a mission to build a better alternative in the auto warranty space, one that puts trust, simplicity, and people first. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a seasoned leader with deep experience in the Credit Union ecosystem to help us unlock new distribution channels and partnerships.

What You Will Do:

• Leverage your network and historical knowledge of the Credit Union space to open doors with key decision-makers.
• Identify, structure, and scale new distribution partnerships with Credit Unions and related financial institutions.
• Act as the bridge between Fair’s team and our partners—translating partner needs into strategic opportunities.
• Shape go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of Fair’s products across the Credit Union landscape.
• Collaborate with leadership to design flexible engagement models, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time executive role.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Credit Union partnerships, lending, C-Suite leadership, or innovation functions within financial services.
• A proven track record of building and scaling distribution channels in the Credit Union or Banking space.
• Existing relationships and credibility with decision-makers across the Credit Union ecosystem.
• Experience at the intersection of venture capital, innovation, and financial services is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible on structure, and excited by the opportunity to shape a high-growth company.

This is a Contract-to-Hire role with flexibility in engagement structure, designed for an industry leader who can help us expand distribution and strengthen our presence in the Credit Union community.
