This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering a base salary of $55,000 plus commission, health insurance, and a consistent flow of agency-provided leads. All opportunities are delivered as warm call transfers or inbound requests, allowing agents to focus on consultative selling rather than prospecting.

Personal Lines Insurance Agent – Fair Insurance Agency
Fair is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for a consultative insurance professional who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while working qualified inbound opportunities.
Agents receive a steady flow of agency-generated leads through warm transfers and inbound requests, allowing them to focus on advising clients, building relationships, and closing business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to warm call transfers and inbound insurance requests
- Quote, advise, and bind personal lines policies including auto, homeowners, renters, condo, and umbrella insurance
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Introduce eligible clients to mechanical breakdown protection as part of a comprehensive protection strategy
- Cross-sell Fair vehicle protection products where appropriate
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities to maximize close rates
- Maintain accurate client records and activity notes within agency systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, product offerings, and Fair protection solutions
- Collaborate with management on sales initiatives and performance goals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license in resident state
- Experience selling personal lines insurance products
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing a consistent volume of inbound opportunities
- Customer-focused sales approach
- Interest in offering modern protection solutions that create value for clients
- Familiarity with comparative rating platforms and agency management systems preferred
