About the Position

This is your chance to own FERO’s marketing from the ground up! You'll build a demand generation program, create content, refine our messaging, and develop our digital strategy. This crucial role requires hands-on SaaS SMB experience and quick, decisive action. If you're a data-driven, strategic marketer ready to lead from ideation to execution, this is for you!

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & Head of GTM, you will:

• Build and manage full-cycle growth marketing for seamless awareness to conversion (sales) 🚀
• Create "Always-On" marketing programs, including email marketing, advertising, and demand generation 📧
• Develop SMB ecommerce-focused campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion 🎯
• Support ad-hoc initiatives in our dynamic startup environment 💡

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in growth marketing and/or demand generation for SaaS products in the SMB UK ecommerce space
• A proven track record of turning ideas into strategies and executing them successfully
• An outcome-driven mindset with strong data analysis skills to uncover new opportunities 📊
• Flexibility to adapt quickly based on learnings
• High motivation, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude with vision 💪
• Excellent communication skills and a startup mentality
