As we scale, weโre looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Associate who will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives. This role involves understanding the target audience, positioning the product effectively in the market, and developing go-to-market strategies to drive demand, product adoption and revenue.
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment ๐ก. Youโll play a critical role in shaping the way our customers and prospects perceive FERO, working closely with our product, sales, and marketing team to deliver impactful messaging, launch products successfully, and optimize customer acquisition.
โจ Working closely with the CEO and CRO, you will:
- Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts ๐
- Create compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to target personas and industries. โ๏ธ
- Collaborate with the product team to translate technical features into customer benefits + Inform the product team on market response and key insights/learnings for better decision making ๐
- Support and create content marketing efforts in house, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and LinkedIn posts to establish thought leadership and drive engagement ๐
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points ๐
- Support demand generation efforts, including email marketing, new market penetration and ad campaigns ๐ง
- Work with the sales team to develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and FAQs ๐ฏ
- Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI ๐
Weโre looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a related field (2-4 years preferred) ๐ผ
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal ๐ฃ๏ธ
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and prioritize effectively โ
- A creative flair for storytelling and a knack for simplifying complex concepts โจ
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus ๐ง
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to put in the work to achieve results๐ฏ
