We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and wants to make a real impact.

You’ll sit at the heart of our product, acting as the quarterback between sales, technology, and our customers.

Your mission: ensure new merchants go live smoothly, confidently, and on time — and help us scale our onboarding into a world-class process.

• Own the end-to-end implementation of FERO’s Smart Checkout for new merchants.
• Project manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate across sales, product, and tech to keep integrations on track.
• Be the trusted point of contact for merchants, building confidence and strong relationships.
• Spot bottlenecks, drive improvements, and help shape our onboarding playbook as we scale.

• Proven project management skills — you deliver reliably and keep everyone aligned.
• Experience in a tech, SaaS, startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong communication skills — personable, customer-facing, and able to build trust quickly.
• Proactive and self-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative.
• You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth settings and love a challenge.
• Excellent command of English
• Payments or eCommerce experience is a plus, but not essential.
