This role is for people who want to break into sales and are ready to work hard.
You don’t need years of experience.
You need discipline, resilience, and hunger.
As an Entry-Level SDR, you’ll learn how to build pipeline from scratch and develop real outbound skills.
💥 What you’ll do- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Run structured outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Book meetings for Account Executives
- Learn objection handling
- Track activity and improve weekly
- Maintain a clean and organised CRM
- 0–1 year of experience (or recent graduate)
- Highly motivated to build a sales career
- Comfortable picking up the phone daily
- Resilient and consistent
- Competitive and target-driven
- Fluent in English
- Based in Amsterdam
- Right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
- Willing to work on-site 5 days per week
