🎯 About the role

This role is built for SDRs with some outbound experience who want:

As a Junior SDR at FERO, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through consistent, structured outbound.

💥 What you’ll do

  • Run high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Maintain a clean and structured CRM
  • Track your metrics and improve weekly
  • Share market insights (messaging, objections, competitors)

🧬 Who you are

  • 1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience
  • Comfortable making 60–90 calls per day
  • Used to working with KPIs and targets
  • Competitive and performance-driven
  • Coachable and open to direct feedback
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Amsterdam
  • Right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
  • Happy to work on-site 5 days per week
