🎯 About the role

You’ll sit at the center of everything — acting as the bridge between clients, sales, product, and engineering.

You’ll own the onboarding of new merchants end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live and early post-launch.

This is not just project management.

👉 You are the person clients trust to get them live.

💥 What you’ll do

Own the full implementation of FERO’s Smart Checkout for new merchants

Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding

Lead communication — set expectations, build trust, and keep momentum

Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously

Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering

Identify risks early and proactively solve them

Run pre-launch testing (UAT) to ensure everything works

Support merchants through go-live and early post-launch

Help improve and scale our onboarding processes

🧠 What we’re looking for

Strong communication skills — clear, structured, confident

Experience in client-facing roles (implementation, customer success, account management, etc.)

Ability to manage stakeholders and guide decisions

Highly organized — you can handle multiple projects without losing control

Proactive and hands-on mindset

Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Fluent in English

➕ Nice to have

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.)

Understanding of payments or integrations

Familiarity with tools like Postman, Zapier, or similar

Experience with testing / UAT

Basic Excel / data handling skills
