FERO is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming checkout into a revenue engine for eCommerce brands.

We’re building a high-performance outbound machine — and we’re looking for a Senior SDR who wants to operate at the highest level.

This is not a “just hit activity numbers” role.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has consistently exceeded quota
• Understands outbound deeply
• Knows how to open complex conversations
• Can improve messaging and conversion rates
• Wants impact, not just activity

You will play a key role in scaling FERO’s outbound engine.

• Own strategic outbound accounts
• Run advanced multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Consistently generate high-quality pipeline
• Handle senior decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of eCommerce)
• Optimise messaging and outbound processes
• Mentor junior SDRs
• Work closely with AEs and founders on GTM execution

• 3+ years SDR / BDR experience
• Proven track record of exceeding quota
• Strong objection handling skills
• Structured, disciplined, and metrics-driven
• Comfortable challenging prospects
• Strategic thinker who understands pipeline economics
• Fluent in English
• Based in Amsterdam
• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Willing to work on-site 5 days per week
