🎯 About the role
This role is not for everyone.
You’ll be making 80–100 calls per day, handling rejection, and improving every week.
We don’t expect experience — we expect effort, consistency, and hunger.
💥 What you’ll do
- Make high-volume outbound calls
- Run outreach via email & LinkedIn
- Book meetings for Account Executives
- Learn objection handling
- Improve performance weekly
- Keep CRM clean and structured
🧬 Who you are
- 0–1 year experience (or recent graduate)
- Highly motivated to start a sales career
- Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
- Resilient and competitive
- Coachable and disciplined
- Fluent in English (extra languages = plus)
- Based in Amsterdam (or ≤45 min)
- Right to work in NL (no visa sponsorship)
- Willing to work on-site 5 days/week
