🎯 About the role

This role is not for everyone.

You’ll be making 80–100 calls per day, handling rejection, and improving every week.

We don’t expect experience — we expect effort, consistency, and hunger.

💥 What you’ll do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls
  • Run outreach via email & LinkedIn
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Learn to master objection handling
  • Improve performance weekly
  • Keep CRM clean and structured

🧬 Who you are

  • 0–1 year experience (or recent graduate)
  • Highly motivated to start a sales career
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
  • Resilient and competitive
  • Coachable and disciplined
  • Fluent in English (extra languages = plus)
  • Based in Amsterdam (or ≤45 min)
  • Right to work in NL (no visa sponsorship)
  • Willing to work on-site 5 days/week
