🎯 About the role

  • This is a high-performance outbound role.
  • You’ll be responsible for building the pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach.
  • We’re looking for people who already understand what it takes to succeed as an SDR.

💥 What you’ll do

  • Run outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs
  • Handle objections and refine messaging
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets
  • Share insights from the market

🧬 Who you are

  • 1–3 years SDR / BDR experience
  • Proven track record hitting targets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Coachable and performance-driven
  • Fluent in English (extra languages = strong plus)
  • Based in Amsterdam (or ≤45 min)
  • Right to work in NL (no visa sponsorship)
  • Happy to work on-site 5 days/week
