🎯 About the role
- This is a high-performance outbound role.
- You’ll be responsible for building the pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach.
- We’re looking for people who already understand what it takes to succeed as an SDR.
💥 What you’ll do
- Run outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Book qualified meetings for AEs
- Handle objections and refine messaging
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets
- Share insights from the market
🧬 Who you are
- 1–3 years SDR / BDR experience
- Proven track record hitting targets
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Coachable and performance-driven
- Fluent in English (extra languages = strong plus)
- Based in Amsterdam (or ≤45 min)
- Right to work in NL (no visa sponsorship)
- Happy to work on-site 5 days/week
