As we scale, we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Representative to support our B2B sales efforts and grow with our team!

About the position

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment ๐Ÿ’ก. You'll work closely with our CRO and GTM team to learn about and execute on a very diverse set of activities. This will include business development activities, lead generation tasks, events setup and attendance, marketing and brand building (among many others). If youโ€™re a recent graduate or finishing your degree ๐ŸŽ“ and looking for your first career opportunity, this role is perfect for you!

โœจ Reporting directly to the CRO, you will:

  • Help to generate and support new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research ๐Ÿ”
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage potential clients ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Assist in executing business development strategies focused on LinkedIn and content marketing ๐Ÿ“ˆ
  • Help to create and manage LinkedIn blog posts to boost engagement and brand awareness โœ๏ธ
  • Support day-to-day sales operations, including CRM updates and tracking performance ๐Ÿ“Š
  • Assist in email marketing efforts and other outreach initiatives ๐Ÿ“ง

Weโ€™re looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ๐ŸŽ“
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a startup mindset ๐Ÿš€
  • The ability to work in-office ๐Ÿข and collaborate directly with the team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail โœ…
  • A willingness to work in a very dynamic environment where things change quickly ๐Ÿ”„
  • Interest in business development and working closely with the founding team ๐Ÿ’ผ
