As we scale, we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Representative to support our B2B sales efforts and grow with our team!
About the position
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment ๐ก. You'll work closely with our CRO and GTM team to learn about and execute on a very diverse set of activities. This will include business development activities, lead generation tasks, events setup and attendance, marketing and brand building (among many others). If youโre a recent graduate or finishing your degree ๐ and looking for your first career opportunity, this role is perfect for you!
โจ Reporting directly to the CRO, you will:
- Help to generate and support new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research ๐
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage potential clients ๐
- Assist in executing business development strategies focused on LinkedIn and content marketing ๐
- Help to create and manage LinkedIn blog posts to boost engagement and brand awareness โ๏ธ
- Support day-to-day sales operations, including CRM updates and tracking performance ๐
- Assist in email marketing efforts and other outreach initiatives ๐ง
Weโre looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ๐
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken ๐ฃ๏ธ
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a startup mindset ๐
- The ability to work in-office ๐ข and collaborate directly with the team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail โ
- A willingness to work in a very dynamic environment where things change quickly ๐
- Interest in business development and working closely with the founding team ๐ผ
