Figr is a venture-funded early-stage startup developing the next generation of design tools to help designers and teams build beautiful user-centric product interfaces. Figr aims to eliminate grunt and non-creative work from the design process and help in each part of the process - from research to ideation to prototyping.

You'll be a fit, if you're:

Community Builder: You're all about bringing people together. Whether it's through Discord chats or online events, you know how to create a space where people feel welcome and excited to engage.

Storyteller: You have a way with words. Whether it's a tweet, a blog post, or just an email, you know how to keep it interesting and relatable.

Marketing Mind: You understand the digital landscape. You’re not about buzzwords or hard sells; you’re more into authentic conversations and building genuine relationships.

User Experience Advocate: You're always thinking about how to make things easier and more enjoyable for the user. You're the person who notices the little things that make a big difference.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support growth hacking initiatives of the core team and come up with creative tailor-made growth initiatives for the product
  • Support with customer acquisition and engagement initiatives across channels like emails, Discord, Social Platforms, and others.
  • Constantly research the product design tools landscape, and user needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to optimize products.
  • Connect with outside organizations and teams to foster relationships by understanding their problems and need around product design and development.

It'll be good if you have:

  • Strong understanding of various customer acquisition channels.
  • Moderate level of product or graphic design experience in Figma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with high ownership.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written communication and data presentation skills.
