• Build and scale production systems in a fast-paced startup environment
• Drive projects end-to-end, from concept to launch
• Lead technical initiatives
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams
• Align technical execution with business goals

• Compulsory 3+ years building and scaling production systems (startup experience preferred)
• Strong grasp of programming principles (OOP, OS fundamentals, etc.)—not limited by language or framework. We believe the best engineers can learn and solve problems efficiently, regardless of the technology stack.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.
• Solid understanding of browser internals, the DOM, and networking protocols (including HTTP/2).
• Interest in working with large language models (LLMs) and agents.
• Experience with backend architecture (REST, WebSocket) and database design.
• Knows how to focus on what matters most to get results faster.
