Responsibilities
- Build and scale production systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from concept to launch.
- Lead technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Align technical execution with business goals.
- Compulsory 3+ years building and scaling production systems (startup experience preferred)
- Strong grasp of programming principles (OOP, OS fundamentals, etc. ), not limited by language or framework. We believe the best engineers can learn and solve problems efficiently, regardless of the technology stack.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.
- Solid understanding of browser internals, the DOM, and networking protocols (including HTTP/2).
- Interest in working with large language models (LLMs) and agents.
- Experience with backend architecture (REST, WebSocket) and database design.
- Knows how to focus on what matters most to get results faster.
