Your Job in One Line

Own the entire technical stack. Design systems that scale. Ship fast. Make decisions that stick.

What You'll Do

Build and own the platform. React, Node.js microservices, Python AI agents, LangGraph, AWS.
Make the hard architectural calls. Caching, databases, state flow between AI and UI.
Define engineering culture. Coding agents, Cursor workflows, CI/CD, monorepo structure.
Delete what's unnecessary. Keep it simple.
Ship end-to-end. Talk to users. Fix what's actually broken.

What You Need to Know

System design & architecture. Whiteboard a system, defend every choice. Redis, Postgres, MongoDB, clean APIs at scale.
Python. FastAPI, async, LLM orchestration with LangGraph. Multi-provider integration (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
JavaScript / TypeScript. You understand the runtime. Node.js + Express for full microservices.
React & Frontend. React 18+, Socket.IO, SSE. Comfortable with rich editors and interactive UIs.

What Matters More Than Your Resume

You've built something real from scratch and can walk through every decision.
You think in systems, in product, in user experience, all at once.
You care how things feel, how they work, and why they break.
You've operated with high ownership before. Maybe a different title, but this energy.

Comp & Role Basics

Compensation: ₹35-70L + ₹40L-1Cr ESOPs. If you're above this range, apply anyway. We're always open to a conversation.

Experience: 4+ years of building and shipping.

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout. Work from office, 5 days a week.

Reporting line: Reports to the CTO.

Notice period: Candidates who can join within 30 days.

Depending on the role, we receive between 500 and 1500 applications. We shortlist 5 to 10 people per open role. That's roughly a 0.3-2% shortlist rate. Luck plays a real factor, and it is not a reflection of your skills or value. Do the math. And make a note.
