TL;DR

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to work closely with the founders and help scale Figr revenue. You’re a creative, analytical, and hands-on operator who enjoys working across campaigns, funnels, GTM systems, and product-led growth. You can think clearly, move quickly, and take ownership of the work that helps the company grow.

Min. 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth, ideally with experience reaching product, design, or engineering teams. Prior startup experience is preferred. Prior consulting, strategy, or growth experience is a plus.

What's Figr?

Figr is a context-aware AI product agent. It builds a productOS by understanding the product context, design system, and the problem you're solving, then ships the right UX. We're building for enterprises and teams working on complex product workflows.

We work out of Bengaluru, backed by Kalaari Capital, Antler and Google for Startups Accelerator. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the work compounds. Behind it is a small crew of engineers, designers, and growth folks who care deeply about this and ship at startup speed.

  • Understand users deeply. Talk to users before writing copy.
  • Test it. Move fast, learn faster, don't be reckless.
  • Ship it. A campaign nobody converts on isn't a campaign.
  • No layers of process. Idea to live the same week.

Who we are looking for?

We're hiring a Growth Lead to work directly with founders and scale Figr to next stage.

You'll own how Figr acquires, activates and expands its users. You'll work alongside Product team and the founders to build the demand engine that gets us to category leader. You'll shape the playbook, not inherit one.

No task is too small for you if it moves the company forward.

3-5 years in B2B SaaS growth, ideally selling to product, design or engineering teams. Prior startup or consulting (management, strategy or growth) experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Pipeline generation: Own top-of-funnel. Get more enterprise demos on the calendar and more self-serve signups in the door.
  • Multi-channel acquisition: Run experiments across AEO/SEO, SEM, social, and growth hacks. Scale what works, drop what doesn't.
  • Product-led growth: Partner with product and engineering on viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.
  • Growth assets. Ship case studies, comparison pages, and customer stories that carry Figr’s voice and fuel performance marketing and outbound.
  • Measurement and reporting. Keep tracking clean and dashboards decision-ready. Own CAC, CVR, payback, retention and MER. Call out bad attribution and push for better.

What You Need to Know

  • B2B SaaS growth. 3+ years driving pipeline for SaaS products. Comfortable selling to product, design, or engineering teams.
  • Performance marketing. Paid social, paid search, SEO and AEO. You've owned a budget and made it return.
  • Lifecycle and CRM. HubSpot, Customer.io, or equivalent. Sequences that get opened, replied to, and clicked.
  • Analytics fluency. GA4, Mixpanel, attribution models. You can read a funnel and know exactly what to fix.
  • Content instincts. You can brief, edit, and ship work that ranks, converts, and sounds like a human wrote it.

How we'll measure success

  • Enterprise pipeline generated.
  • Self-serve activation rate.
  • Campaign contribution to closed revenue.

What Matters More Than Your Resume

  • You've taken a product from $x to $10x ARR and can walk through every channel that moved the needle.
  • You think in funnels, in users, in numbers, all at once.
  • You care how a campaign feels, how it converts, and why it leaks.
  • You've operated with high ownership before. Maybe a different title, but this energy.

You strategize it, you ship it, you own the number.

Comp & Role Basics

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout. Work from office, 5 days a week.

Reporting line: Reports to the co-founder/CEO.

  • A clear spike. One channel or motion you're unusually good at.
  • Relevance. B2B SaaS, technical buyers, PLG or hybrid motions.
  • Been challenged? Early-stage roles, scrappy environments, ARR you can point to.

The goal is simple: we want to feel curious enough after reading your application to get on a call with you.

Depending on the role, we receive between 500 and 1000 applications. We shortlist 20 to 50 people for interviews. That's roughly a 5% shortlist rate. Luck plays a real factor, and it is not a reflection of your skills or value.
