TL;DR

We’re hiring a Growth and Design Intern to help Figr tell better product stories.

You’ll work across product, marketing, and growth to create sharp visual assets, product walkthroughs, short videos, social content, and product marketing material. This is a role for someone who has good design taste, can write clearly, and is comfortable using AI tools to move faster.

You don’t need to be perfect at everything. But you should be curious, fast, detail-oriented, and excited to work close to the founders on real growth work.

What’s Figr?

Figr is a context-aware AI product agent. It builds a productOS by understanding the product context, design system, and the problem you're solving, then helps teams ship the right UX.

We’re building for enterprises and teams working on complex product workflows.

We work out of Bengaluru, backed by Kalaari Capital, Antler, and Google for Startups Accelerator. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the work compounds. Behind it is a small crew of engineers, designers, and growth folks who care deeply about this and ship at startup speed.

We’re a small team. You’ll get a lot of ownership.

  • Understand users deeply. Don’t make creatives in isolation.
  • Move fast. The best ideas are useless if they never go live.
  • Care about quality. Good taste matters here.
  • Use AI well. Not as a shortcut for bad work, but as a way to move faster.
  • No layers of process. Idea to live in the same week.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of design, content, and growth.

You should be comfortable creating product walkthroughs, editing videos, designing social assets, writing product-focused content, and experimenting with AI design tools.

This is not a pure design internship. It’s also not a pure marketing internship.

It’s for someone who enjoys making things that help people understand a product better.

You’ll work closely with the product teams, and directly with the founders on campaigns, launches, social content, product education, and creative experiments.

What You’ll Do
  • Create product walkthroughs: Record and edit clear product demos, feature walkthroughs, screen recordings, and short product videos.
  • Edit videos: Work on social videos, landscape videos, launch videos, and simple motion graphics.
  • Design growth assets: Create high-quality visuals for LinkedIn, X, website pages, product launches, ads, and campaigns.
  • Write product content: Help write posts, product marketing copy, launch content, and content aimed at product managers, designers, and founders.
  • Support social media: Help plan, create, and manage content across Figr’s social channels.
  • Work on creative campaigns: Take an idea from rough concept to final asset across copy, visuals, and video.
What You Need to Know
  • Video editing: You should know how to edit clean videos. Bonus if you can do basic motion graphics or animations.
  • Design taste: You should care about how things look. Not in a “make it pretty” way. In a “this feels right” way.
  • Writing: You should be able to write clearly. Short product copy, social posts, captions, hooks, and basic product explanations.
  • AI tools: You should be excited to use AI tools for design, content, and creative exploration.
  • Product curiosity: You should be interested in how product teams work, how software is designed, and how users understand a product.
Bonus Points
  • You’ve made product videos, reels, launch creatives, or social content before.
  • You’ve used tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or similar.
  • You’ve used AI tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, Runway, or similar.
  • You have a portfolio, design page, YouTube channel, side project, or anything that shows your taste.
What Matters More Than Your Resume
  • You have good taste.
  • You’re fast without being careless.
  • You can take a messy idea and turn it into something usable.
  • You’re curious about product, design, and growth.
  • You don’t wait around for perfect briefs.
  • You can write, design, edit, and learn what you don’t know.

This role is for someone who wants to learn by doing real work, not by watching from the sidelines.
