What’s Figr?

How We Work

We're a small team. You'll own a lot of ownership

• Sit with users before drawing anything.
• Think in flows and constraints, not screens.
• Ship, watch, iterate the same week.
• No process layers directly work with Founder (Chirag - CTO)

Your job in one line

Make Figr think the way best product managers think. Then make it the way they work.

What you'll do

• Design how the agent behaves. When it asks, when it acts, when it shows its work, when it stays out of the way.
• Decide what we build next. You contribute to the product direction.
• Live in product analytics. Drop-offs, activation, retention. Run experiments and monitor the full funnel.
• Use Figr every day. Catch what's broken before users do.
• Build thorough documentation. clear communication to all stakeholders by thinking through flows, edge cases, and constraints.
• Set up evals. We need to know if the agent got better this week.
• Use AI tools to move fast. Don't wait on engineering to prototype every idea.

What you need to have

• B2B SaaS PM, 3-5 years. You've owned a product end-to-end.
• Shipped AI products in the last 1-2 years. You understand how agents work, how to eval them, and how to improve them.
• Strong sense of agent UX. You've used tools like Cursor, Claude and know what makes them work or feel broken.
• Comfortable in product analytics. Mixpanel, SQL when needed.
• Work well with ambiguity, founders, and across design, engineering, and AI engineering.
