• have 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced or high-ownership environment,
• have strong academic or extracurricular track record that demonstrates grit, drive, and follow through,
• are a good communicator,
• are organized and reliable,
• love figuring things out and finishing what you start,
• are curious about sales, CS, and RevOps, and how tools connect.
