About Flowla

  • We're building AI-powered tools that are transforming how B2B sales teams close deals & onboard customers. Think digital sales rooms with AI agents that actually do the work: drafting follow-ups, identifying stakeholders, syncing CRMs, and keeping deals moving forward.
  • We're a Seed-stage startup based in London (12 people, well-funded with strong runway) competing in a fast-growing market. Our customers include B2B companies in tech, finance, and healthcare who are tired of deals stalling mid-funnel.
  • We've built a product that customers love (93% G2 rating, customers seeing 25-35% faster sales cycles), and now we need to aggressively scale customer acquisition.

The Role:

As a Founders Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on high-impact growth initiatives:

  • Customer acquisition: Running outbound campaigns, building partnership pipelines, experimenting with new channels to drive qualified leads
  • Content creation: Creating engaging short-form video content and LinkedIn posts that drive brand awareness and inbound interest—you'll be both strategist and creator, editing videos and writing copy that resonates with our B2B SaaS audience
  • Growth experiments: Testing new tactics, analyzing what works, iterating fast in a "figure it out" environment where you have real autonomy

This isn't a narrow execution role. You'll own entire initiatives from ideation to results, working alongside a 12 person team where your impact is visible immediately.

What we're looking for:

  • 0-3 years experience with a mix of growth/commercial work AND content creation (especially video)
  • Hands-on video skills: You've created engaging short-form content (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn video) and know what makes people stop scrolling, whether that's through editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or whatever works
  • Commercial mindset: You understand customer acquisition, you're comfortable with outbound work, and you think in terms of pipeline and conversion
  • Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership without hand-holding, and get energized (not stressed) when priorities shift weekly

What’s in it for you

  • Front row seat with the founders. Daily exposure to strategy, product, and GTM decisions with fast feedback loops and real visibility.
  • Ownership from day one. Run projects end to end (pilots, processes, content) and see your work ship in days, not months.
  • Compound learning. Build rare, cross functional skills across growth, sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Ops.
  • Clear, measurable impact. Track how your work improves business metrics, then put those wins on your resume.
  • Career runway. Grow into Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product Ops, or Growth with a development plan shaped around your strengths.

This probably isn’t for you if…

You want a tightly scoped job,

You prefer long planning cycles over fast iteration,

You dislike switching contexts day to day.
